A: Yes we do, that is our main business, our customers base is equally 50% Domestic Window Cleaning and 50% Commercial Window Cleaning.

Q: Do you provide Commercial Window Cleaning?

A: Yes we do. this can be arranged with a Verbal Agreement or a Written Contract.

A: Yes we do, all quotes a free, with no obligation.

 

Q: Do you do Contract Window Cleaning?

A: Yes we do, for our Contract Window Cleaning Customers, clean windows are an important part to the daily running of their business, having a written contract means that, not only do we agree to clean their windows, but that we are legally obliged to turn up and do so on specific dates, so that is one area of maintenance, that takes care of itself.

A: Yes we do, as well as cleaning Domestic Homes and Houses we clean large scale Commercial Properties, for this, our equipment needs to be capable of cleaning thousands of windows per day, our equipment produces a much greater water flow and pressure than a cheaper system, this avoids the risk of damaging and scratching glass windows, which I have seen caused over the years, by inadequate equipment, or inexperienced, startup window cleaners working out of a car boot, for example.

 

Q: How do you work out your prices?

A: We do NOT price over the phone, quite often we get asked to do this, we price down to the individual window, it has taken myself a number of years to perfect our pricing system, based on many factors, and from experience, this has been proven when two of our customers discover they are both paying the same price for duplicate properties.

 

Q: Do you use our water supply?

A: No, Our vans carry hundreds of litres of Pure Water in Tanks, filtered through particle filters, a specialist membrane, carbon filters and resin beaded resin beds, to produce only the purest of pure water suitable for window cleaning, window washing.

 

Q: Do we the customer need to supply anything?

A: No, Our vans are fully kitted out with everything we need.

 

Q: Is normal tap water the same as Pure Water?

A: No, Pure Water is made from tap water, or rain harvested water using specialist filter equipment and processes, unlike tap water it dries smear, streak and spot free, it is even used to clean everything from camera lenses to space telescopes.

Q: Can you clean Solar Panels?

A: Yes we can, Pure Water is the best way to clean solar panels, we use a variety of specialist brush heads for cleaning, all our brush heads are industry leading and designed for specific tasks.

 

Q: Can you clean Velux windows high up?

A: Yes we can, pure water dissolves green algae instantly, it gets into all the groves and crevices around the glass and frame, so it is ultimately the best method for cleaning Velux Windows.

Q: How do we know you are using pure water?

A: Please ask us to show you the equipment in our vans, and ask us to test the water in front of you, we are more than happy to show you the PPM reading of the water we are using, with our onboard TDS Meter.

 

A: Pure Water Technology is great for the environment, by removing the use of damaging soaps, salts and detergents previously used for External Window Cleaning, which can damage the structure of soil, or that end up in our drains and watercourses, it is another step in helping our currently fragile environment.

Q: How long does it take to clean the average house?

A: There is no such thing as an average house, we have semi detached properties with 6 windows, and semi detached properties with 26 windows.

A: I developed our unique pricing system that takes into account many factors including:
